Our Mission Our mission is to promote global transformation through ecstatic living and the cultivation of sacred relationships of sensual power and emotional vitality; and thereby to encourage universal worship of the divine without respect to cultural origins, gender, or previous condition. We the members of SpiritWorks Church commit ourselves to fostering harmonious relationships between and among men and women based on concepts of gender equality and intercultural respect. We encourage community-based activities that promote universal worship and respect for the divine in each human being. SpiritWorks integrates practices from many of the world's spiritual traditions, to assist in fostering universal love and harmonious spiritual relationships. SpiritWorks promotes an understanding of the sacred connection between spirituality and sexuality. Towards this end, SpiritWorks teaches reverence for life and all that in us creates life, vitality and love. Our ceremonies, rituals, prayers and other practices, inspired by vital cultures around the world, acknowledge the divine presence in each of us, and in our loving relationships. |
